Claims & Returns: Customer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery. Retention of the goods for 48 hours shall be deemed acceptance. All claim and return requests must be submitted within 72 hours following receipt of product. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please keep all packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please indicate nature of claim and/or if it is a return request by using one of the recognized category codes below: - Damage (D): Aqualuxe Outfitting must be notified of any breakage or damages from transit within 72 business hours of delivery. Aqualuxe Outfitting reserves the right to request photo documentation of damages before credits will be issued. Any request for breakage credit from damage in transit will be denied after 72 hours. UPS sometimes will want to inspect packaging, let us know of the damage as soon as possible. Keep all packaging until a claim tag has been issued. - Returns (R): Submit claim directly to one of our crew. We will promptly assign all approved returns an RA number to post on the outside of returned merchandise box. No returns will be accepted without an RA number on the packaging. Credit will be issued upon receipt of goods at warehouse with all accessories and parts. Boxes will not be accepted at the warehouse if RA number is not visibly posted on outside of box. No credit shall be given for returns with missing accessories or parts. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Cancellations: Cancelled orders will incur a 25% service charge to restock the merchandise. Cancellations are subject to acceptance by Aqualuxe Outfitting at its sole discretion. Aqualuxe Outfitting will not be held responsible for any inbound or outbound freight expenses incurred on orders cancelled without sufficient notice.
